Lakelyn 1 year Pictures

A couple weeks ago we finally got Lakelyn’s 1 year old pictures taken. 

When Lakelyn was born we purchased a New Born picture plan from a local photographer.  This meant she got her pictures taken when she was just a few weeks old, 4 months, 8 months and 1 year. 

Each time has been an experience.  Newborn was the easiest, she laid there sleeping while we moved her and changed her and at the end she pooped on one of the props.  At 4 months she couldn’t really do much but lay there, it wasn’t really that exciting.  Then at 8 months we decided to do her pictures outside, it was 95 degrees at 9am and I sweat my butt off, she did NOT like sitting in the grass, then we went the lake and Lakelyn fell over causing me to drive in after her and be soaking wet covered in sand, it was great (insert sarcasm).  Finally, her 1 year pictures, she was a bit moody in the middle but then became a crazy wild showing off child I had never seen before!  

When she turned one she was not walking yet so we decided to wait until she was.  Finally at 14 1/2 months old she decided to walk.  After rescheduling several times we finally got them done at 16 1/2 months.

Besides her newborn pictures these are by far by favorite.  They really show her personality!!

We have over 40 pictures so I tried to pick some of my favorites to show.
